You can see Naval Air History’s Matthew Willis acting as an on-screen expert about naval aviation matters in Quest TV’s series Wings of War, Series 1, Episode 6 online now. I’m pretty excited about this as it is my first proper TV appearance. In the programme I talk about such diverse naval aviation matters as Skyraiders in the Vietnam War, the Tondern Raid from HMS Furious in WW1, and Japanese submarine aircraft carriers, and the Fairey Swordfish strikes on the Bismarck in WW2.
